Synopsis:
Plug is a "Juuden-Chan" or "Charger Girl" from a dimension parallel to Earth's own. Her Job is to find humans in our diamension that are depressed, transform into her rubber suit, and charge them up to revitalize their energy. The story revolves around Puragu or Juben-chan, a mysterious office lady (OL) who came into our world from a parallel world to "charge" up dejected people.
